You are permitted to use our services solely for legitimate recruitment and hiring purposes. This includes creating job-related videos for posting on job boards, company websites, and other recruitment platforms.

4. Prohibited Use

You are expressly prohibited from using our services for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating content for personal or commercial advertisements unrelated to recruitment
• Generating political messages, propaganda, or campaign materials
• Creating content that promotes discrimination, harassment, or illegal activities
• Using our services to impersonate individuals or organizations
• Creating content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Using our services for any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our technology
• Using our services to generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access to our services

Generated videos and content created using our platform are provided for your use but remain subject to these terms and our intellectual property rights.

7. No Performance Guarantees

We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any content generated by our platform
• The performance, effectiveness, or results of using our services
• The number of job applications, clicks, engagement, or any other metrics
• The compatibility of our services with third-party platforms or systems
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services

We explicitly disclaim any guarantee of performance, including but not limited to job application rates, candidate quality, recruitment success, or any other business outcomes. Content generated by our platform is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ad Magic Media Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use our services
• Damages resulting from any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in our content
